Service Desk Engineer / IT Helpdesk Analyst ? based in Central London

Paying up to £28,500 per annum + fantastic benefits

You must have strong Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory & Windows Server knowledge

Our client is an award-winning company, activities can vary from printer diagnostics straight through to full office moves, data migrations, outages, server support, and network deployment and server configuration.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years support experience, in particular Server, Exchange & Networking
  • Desktop Support Experience
  • Exposure to Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server
  • Exposure to Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013
  • Exposure to Virtualisation Technologies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to all levels
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player attitude

Desirable requirements:

  • MCP, MCSE, MCSA or CCNA qualification
  • Citrix experience
  • Working in a multi-client or managed services environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • On site client deployments
  • Network administration
  • Client communication
  • Incident Management and service requests
  • System checks
  • Monitoring and reporting
  • Escalation management
  • Ticket completion
  • Network documentation
  • Communicating with clients via phone and email
  • You will be exposed to a number of technologies such as Citrix, Hyper-V and VMWare and as a continuation of your development you will be learning and applying skills in higher level technologies.
