We believe in providing only the highest standard of care at Notting Hill Housing. That means ensuring that our residents have the opportunities to interact with others and take part in stimulating activities that reduces the risk of social isolation.

We need an outgoing individual to take the lead in ensuring that our residents living in our new Extra Care service in Brent are given these opportunities.

With specialist training provided and the support of the extra care managers, you will be part of a team of co-ordinators working across our nine extra care services who organise activities. The work you will do is more than just arrange for our residents to meet up - the activities you put together will add value to our customers' lives, helping them to build and re-build connections within their local community. It doesn't end there. You will also ensure that our customers are not solely receivers of services, but have the chance to add value to their community, enhancing their wellbeing while promoting dignity and respect.

To do this role well we'll need you to have both knowledge and experience of involving residents in activities. Collaboration is important to us, and will be to you too. You'll be confident in working with partners and agencies both internally and externally. We'll trust you to maintain great working relationships with as many local community organisations as possible, so you can make best use of resources for activities and ensure we're offering our residents the right opportunities to connect.

You will be required to work late, early, weekends and Bank holiday shifts.

It is a requirement of this role that the job holder hold an enhanced DBS disclosure that we find satisfactory and we will apply for this during the pre-employment process.
