A successful leader, ambitious and motivated with a consultative approach, and an eye for detail you will lead from the front, supporting and developing your team to reach for their goals.

An experienced, revenue-driven Manager, established within your industry, you will have a demonstrable track record of billing, mentoring others, bringing new ideas to the table and helping shape businesses.

The Opportunity

Taking an active role in defining and shaping the future direction for 360 Recruitment, you will be responsible for driving the full 360 recruitment cycle for your recruitment team, consisting of new business development and candidate delivery. Driving temporary as well as permanent business, you will maintain and nurture existing client and candidate relationships, whilst, selling & leveraging your services and expertise within a competitive industry.

We are a relatively young organisation with big ambition and are looking for a driven, hungry Branch Manager, keen to make a real difference to take this post and develop it into something special. The infrastructure is already in place, and you will have access to a mature in-house database, online advertising, a library of up-to-date administrative documentation/tools, an internal recruitment function, established social media sites, a variety of sales resources and electronic time-sheet/invoicing solutions for contractors/temps. In return for your hard work, you will receive the full support of the business whilst retaining autonomy, an excellent uncapped commission scheme and be contributing to and pushing the 360 Recruitment vision for the future.
