We are looking for a Registered Care Manager Interviewer to join our team in Ulverston, Cumbria. This may also suit a relocator. Experience of the social care sector would be essential. If you have experience working within Homecare, Domiciliary Care or Older People's Care Homes services, this would be highly advantageous. The main skills and experience we are looking for is an outgoing personality, very strong telephone skills, and the ability to conduct detailed telephone interviews with candidates.

Health & Social Care Jobs specialise in finding and sourcing candidates for permanent, full-time positions working with our clients, who are providers of care services nationally. The role will involve telephone interviewing candidates at all levels within the care sector, from support worker to managerial level.

Your daily routine would involve:

·Reviewing applications and determining suitability.

·Building strong relationships with providers, gaining a good brief to enable you to find the right candidates for the job.

·Identifying any potential vacancies and business leads.

·Telephone interviewing candidates, sometimes for up to an hour or more.

·Writing up your interview notes and sending them to the end employer.

·Obtaining feedback from the employer, keeping your candidates updated at all times.

·General day to day administration.

Person Specification:

·You will need to be very confident on the telephone.

·Experience of working in an office in an administrative role.

·Extensive experience of dealing with customers on the telephone.

·An excellent knowledge of the social care sector.

·You will be proactive and can work autonomously.
