As one of the largest and most complex organisational change programmes happening in Scotland today, these appointments will ensure the organisation's new business model is fit for purpose, drives efficiency and targeted investment continues. We are seeking people with a strong appetite for change and who are recognised for getting things done in a demanding environment. The successful candidate will provide strategic support and technical guidance on all pension matters in relation to the organisation's Integration Programme. You will ensure that all statutory compliance is adhered to whilst representing the organisation's in house pension strategy. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will essentially manage all the governance and pension related activities. Ideally you will be an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute with specialist knowledge of UK pensions legislation with public sector experience.
