Assistant Store Manager - Aberdeen
Reporting into the Store Manager, you'll be an experienced retailer who wants to use all your retail skills in a fast moving environment, knowing your contribution will make a lifesaving difference.

We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Experience working in a retail environment
Experience with cash handling and reconciliation
Experience of using initiative for positive results
Understanding of financial and numerical information, and are target driven
Ability to understand issues related to working with volunteers
Proven customer care skills
Proven IT skills
The role is critical in assisting the management team to run an efficient store. You'll need to be commercially aware, driven, organised and hands on. You'll also have the passion and leadership skills to motivate a team of staff and volunteers. Because great customer service is key to maximising income.
