What you’ll do

This two-year programme aims to develop our leaders of the future. Over three, eight-month placements across multiple cities in the UK, you’ll learn about everything from our insurance customers’ needs through to ways we create innovative products to meet growing demands. Plus, you’ll also have plenty of opportunities to expand your commercial and strategic skills, and your leadership capabilities as well as lead volunteering initiatives.

Your development

You’ll receive the tools and support you need to develop, includingmentoring, digital espressos, internal Ted-style talks, helping Britain prosper challenges and more. You’ll also study for a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Entry requirements

We accept a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university, and welcome a diversity of individuals – from DIY enthusiasts to art lovers and sports fans.
