Pixl8 is a London based creative technical agency, we’re a 30+ strong team of individuals who are experts in delivering digital projects and passionate about the methods we use to get there.

We work in a number of sectors, we're working on an Intranet for a global fashion brand, but have also delivered over 60 membership association website projects.

Position Overview:

You will be working in a team of 4 project managers each with their own production team. Your production team is responsible for delivery for assigned clients and you work daily with the account management, design and QA teams as required.

You work with your assistant PM to

  • Plan and manage the delivery of innovative and effective digital projects
  • Preparation of cost estimates, project plans and functional scope documents
  • Manage and schedule team workload
  • Liaise with clients to ensure all specifications are understood on both sides
  • Manage project amends
  • Present creative and completed builds to client
  • Work with the development team during testing and deployment to ensure all requirements have been met


  • Digital Agency background - 2 yrs minimum
  • Confident personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude for building and managing relationships (internal & external)
  • Highly-organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage the project scoping phase, liaising with clients and documenting requirements
  • Experience of working with numerous stakeholders and supervising project teams
  • Enthusiasm for the potential application of new technologies
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience of producing project documentation - including sitemaps/user journeys, wireframes, functional specifications, budgets and schedules
  • Confidence to work hands on with the team and convey requirements in a precise manner
  • Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Word)
  • General familiarity with web content management systems
