Nurses enjoy the responsibility; taking the lead when caring for residents, spending valuable time with them to build trust and rapport, really getting to know the person they are caring for.Nurses have a much more rounded nursing experience in our nurse-led teams delivering consistent, resident focussed care.The ideal candidate will have experience of working with older people or within specialist care units, such as working with people with dementia. It is also the perfect opportunity for an experienced nurse looking for a change in specialism. In addition to top-class clinical skills and a proven track record of nursing, you'll possess exceptional communication, team working, supervisory and problem solving skills. Equally important is a collaborative approach to reviewing and developing care plans with residents and the ability to build strong relationships of trust with residents, their families and teams.This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are earlies 7:30am - 3pm and lates 2pm - 9:30pm 5 days over 7. You will be required to work weekends.
