Credit Control Team Leader

We're one of the UK's largest and fastest growing software companies and we're currently seeking a forward thinking and talented individual to join us as a Team Leader within our Credit Control function.

The Team and Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Order to Cash, The team has a two Team Leaders structure, as one of these Team Leaders you will oversee a team of 6 and assist in training, development and weekly and monthly reporting and administration to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and collection.

The Requirements

You will:

  • Manage, coach and mentor the team
  • Ensure efficient collection, control and administration of cash owed
  • Monitor existing credit account holders
  • Conduct proactive forecasting and review of debt to ensure prompt recovery
  • Ensure alignment with credit policy and terms are maintained
  • Produce month end reports
  • Monitor and drive KPI's

We would like you to have:

You will need to have experience managing a large team and dealing with high volume cash flow.

  • Proven experience within a busy Credit Management role
  • Good IT skills including Excel (Pivot tables and V Look ups)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A highly organised approach to work
