Based in Chalfont St Peter, you will be offering 1st to 2nd line support to all UK offices. Previous experience at 1st line support essential

Ideal Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- 1st and 2nd line experience on an IT Service Desk
- Good understanding of incident and problem management
- Good understanding of Windows Operating Systems
- Good understanding of common software packages such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent troubleshooting skills

Personal Attributes:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated, disciplined and eager to learn
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail

What you will be doing:

- Desk side and remote support to staff
- Recording all incidents, problems and requests on the IT ticketing system
- Gathering and inputting information in tickets and if you cannot resolve yourself, escalate to the appropriate teams
- Contributing to the knowledgebase
- Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, phones and other peripherals
- Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of common and bespoke software packages
- Creating and modifying Active Directory user accounts and objects
- Workstation and office moves
