Fitz’s is a wide-eyed, grand-scale cocktail bar that aims to recreate the preconception of the ‘London Hotel Bar’. The bar takes a cue from the city’s world-renowned approach to classic hospitality and Fitz’s roars with a peerless atmosphere and energy with a programme of DJs and performers. The unique ‘two bars in one’ layout allows guests to enjoy an intimate nightcap or a raucous celebration in perfect unity. Expect striking, modern mixed drinks from some of London’s best bartenders and a team of genuine personalities providing the welcome.

The Floor Manager responsibilities & duties will include:

  • Leading Fitz’s floor team through nightly service, keeping them organised, motivated and focussed on the guest experience
  • Active participation within Fitz’s Bar whilst being recognisable as a host within the floor area
  • Embodying the Principal values and encouraging the team to do so
  • Embodying (and ensuring floor staff’s compliance with), service standards as detailed in our SOPs and ‘Waiter’s Manual’
  • Liaising with our Host, Reservations and Guest Relations teams to draw up an efficient pre-service seating plan, accommodating guests’ special requests wherever possible.
  • Ensuring Fitz’s team are aware of any menu changes, large parties, private events or special requests through provision of a nightly pre-service briefing
  • Presiding over cash float and cash/credit handling in accordance with company policies and procedures
