An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Global Digital Project Manager to work in the Homecare Brand, based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Blackfriars in London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months initially although it is likely the role will cover a 12 month period, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying up to £55,315 pro rata depending on experience.

Main Job Purpose

Global Digital Project Manager - Home Care

This role is tasked with championing digital across both the global and local teams in Home Care, spanning all our brands. This role will be empowered with key decision making, and will lead deployment of our digital strategy rollout via infrastructure, websites, content and more. A consultancy role to brands as well as project manager to meet key rollout timelines.

Our digital step up plan - remit and responsibilities include:
*Planning, delivering and optimising the Adobe website design and build for multiple brands - including UX, Design, Build/Content migration management consultancy, to key milestones and timelines
*Leading our agency management and Project Leadership - Lead a Digital network, through the development and management of relationships across agencies, brands and internal stakeholders. Knowledge sharing across the Home Care brands.
*Key Decision Making - on behalf of and alongside the brands
*Senior stakeholder management - Weekly programme updates to senior stakeholders
*Agency management - weekly status meetings, monitor timelines, review and manage budget
*Engaging local markets - ensure local market requirements are actioned, inspire and engage local teams, including championing and cascading Digital 2.0 tools
*Development of new content - manage creation and optimisation as required
*Budget - manage full programme budget, ensuring project is delivered on time and in budget
*E-commerce - support with asset generation and strategy in top markets. Championing innovative e-commerce/best-in-class solutions.

Innovations digital support
*Offering Digital consultancy on all project specifics
*Establishing digital KPIs and monitoring campaign activity

Experience & Skills required:
-Strong project management capabilities, both globally and locally
-Good basic level of digital knowledge - UX, SEO, website build, campaign management etc
-Familiarity with the Adobe Enterprise Management suite is a benefit but not mandatory
-Experience managing agencies, third parties
-Understanding of finance management
-Proven abilities with stakeholder management
-Good interpersonal skills (including liaising with multiple markets via phone/Skype)
