Multi-skilled HVAC Engineer




Are you an experienced HVAC engineer looking for a new permanent role with plenty of OT and long-term promotional opportunities? If so read on, as we currently require dedicated commercial HVAC/Mechanical Engineer for a large facility contract based in Liverpool.

The works involved will be mostly mechanical building services maintenance and reactive works.

The Role

The role will involve completing routine mechanical PPM's and reactive maintenance to all gas, heating and ventilation systems within the facilities. There may be fitting and modernisation projects to complete.

A large part of the role will be scheduled inspections (some visual) to existing plant as part of the contract.

The Person

-ACS Tickets
-F-Gas 2079
-Experienced in PPM and reactive maintenance
-Demonstrate working to tight schedules while maintaining quality of work
-Valid driving license
-Be able to complete paperwork
-Previous experience and expertise to diagnose faults and rectify them.

-Maintaining all minimum standards as expected from role.

- Displaying a 'positive' and 'can-do' attititude at all times.

The Package

  • Up to £31k (Experience dependant)
  • Van, Uniform, Mobile, Tablets al provided
  • Call-out 1 in 6
  • £105 Per Week Call-Out
  • Competitive OT rates
  • 5 weeks holidays plus Bank Holidays
