Churchill is a 57 bed mental health rehabilitation service for men in London, dedicated to providing a high quality environment dedicated to promoting long-term recovery. Churchill consists of three individual floors each featuring en-suite bedrooms, living areas and TV lounges. The shared therapy piazza includes activity rooms, music room, a barber shop, gym, internet café, therapy kitchens, a dining room and a therapy garden.

In this role you’ll:

• Organise regular care program approach meetings for patients with their multi-disciplinary Team including the Care Coordinator and other outside agencies
• Organise other patient focused meetings, including, Tribunal’s, Hospital Managers Panels and Best Interests Meetings
• Complex diary management, involving multiple attendees including outside agencies, i.e solicitors, Care Co-ordinators, and nearest relatives
• Provide administrative support to the multi-disciplinary team
• Provide demonstrable evidence that all reports are available and minutes have been distributed

We're looking for people who have:

• Proven ability to manage own work load in a demanding environment
• Proven ability to organise meetings, involving complex diary management
• Proven ability to take minutes at meetings, preferably using a laptop
• A sound knowledge and understanding of MS Office packages and Microsoft Windows System
