My client provides I.T Support and Network Solutions to businesses across the North of England. You will be providing 1st line support for clients via incoming calls and our bespoke help desk software. You will track each client?s call from start to finish to ensure a satisfactory conclusion and will work closely with other support team staff to ensure that all service level agreements are met.

Essential:

  • Microsoft Network and Desktop Operating Systems such as small Business Server 2008/2011/2012 etc. Server Standard 2008/2011/2012 etc
  • All windows operating systems
  • Remote Desktop Software
  • Hyper V
  • Data hosting and backup procedures
  • Cloud based solutions
  • Hardware such as desktops, laptops, servers and all computer/server/connectivity peripherals
  • Installation and troubleshooting procedures both onsite and remotely
