Our Client is the UK leader in their industry, they are currently looking for a social media executive to join their social media team on a permanent basis.

They will be required to drive forward the social media projects for the organisation day to day jobs would entail but not limited to:

•Manage the day-to-day running of the companies social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram

•Manage the day-to-day progression and execution of paid social, working with external agencies where necessary

•Be the main point of contact in the marketing team for social customer service and online brand reputation

•Manage the social amplification of collaboration and influencer marketing campaigns, working with external agencies and internal teams

The person best suited to this role should have a need to achieve results in a friendly and thorough manner. The job calls for someone that has drive, assertion and the ability to communicate well with others – both internal and external parties.

The role also requires someone to be dependable, deliberate and have the persistence to see a job through. The person suited for this role should be persistent, approachable, friendly, confidant, self-starting and determined with a passion for social media and achieving results.

The Social Media Executive needs to:

•Establish good relationships with colleagues.

•Builds wide networks of contacts inside and outside of the organisation.

•Relates well to people at all levels.

•Expresses opinions, information and key points of an argument clearly.

•Make presentations and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence.

The ideal candidate would:

•Be able to work to strict deadlines

•Be naturally creative and able to generate ideas

•Have a strong passion for social media and digital marketing

•Have strong attention to detail

•Be Analytical, comfortable with numbers and data analysis

•Manages time effectively, identifies and organises resources needed to accomplish tasks.

•Takes initiative, acts with confidence and works under own direction.
