An expanding company based in High Wycombe is looking for a Pensions and Payroll Coordinator
Your new role
This is an exciting position, taking control of the payroll and pensions duties for the company. Your new job will entail inputting and checking the payment run, processing new starters, leavers and P45's. Answering wage queries, supporting the payroll manager where necessary on a daily basis and the general scanning and filing add to your duties. You will also take responsibility for the maintenance of the pension's spreadsheets and liaise with the pension providers, as well as auto enrolment. Keeping up to date with new legislation adds to your responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have a strong understanding of pension deductions, be confident on excel and a strong attention to detail. You will have experience in a similar position and work well under pressure, being target driven to always meet deadlines.
