Senior Calibration Engineer. Automotive product development. R&D is central to the company’s success. Senior Calibration Engineer to support the development of new emissions and low carbon powertrain technology from concept evaluation through to production.

This Senior Calibration Engineer job will suit:

·A Calibration Engineer, Automotive Engineer or Development Engineer with experience of the development and application of calibrations to automotive emissions or low carbon powertrain technology.

·Any exposure to automotive / vehicle technology, systems, component development in the areas of engines, powertrain, combustion systems, fuel systems, exhaust systems would be beneficial but not absolutely essential.

·You are likely to be degree qualified in a mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar engineering or science based discipline.

·A key engineering role to support the technical development of a wide range of emissions control and low carbon products from concept evaluation through to production.

·Plan, supervise and report out system test programmes.

·Develop and document calibration procedures for new products and concept demonstrators.

·Deliver feedback to the engineering team that helps drive continuous improvements within the product development process.
