Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 (dependent upon skills and experience)

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Social Care ICT Training & Support Officer to join our Social Care ICT Support Team in Hertford. The key element of your role is to provide training and technical support to social care workers and management on the Liquidlogic suite of applications (LAS, LCS, EHM and IES) and their linked systems, ContrOCC and Livelink.
This is a varied role, where you will be responsible for delivery of training, writing training materials, alongside technical support, testing, advanced administration and configuration. As well as providing advice and guidance and includes participation and delivery of project tasks.
In order to succeed in this role you must be an enthusiastic individual who takes a proactive approach and has the necessary drive to see projects through from start to completion. If you have experience in a similar role where you have used LiquidLogic applications (LAS, LCS, EHM or IES) then we want to hear from you! Due to the nature of the role experience of delivering training is highly desirable, but not essential as we can support with training in this area.
