I am currently working with a Consultancy in the heart of London, England who has global presence in over 100 countries and who are a trusted source of relevant market and consumer info. In order to keep providing evidence that will make a difference, it is most important to them to improve themselves constantly. They are currently on their search for a Market Access Director and have asked me to partner with them.

As a Director you will be an essential contributor working across a range of projects with ownership of specific deliverables and timelines. Your responsibilities will include leading multiple projects, guiding and training junior and mid-level staff, writing proposals and participating in sales activities

Role within the company:

- The Director is a team player within the company and able to build and maintain good relations with junior/mid-level staff as well with the VP.
- Mentoring: Is a mentor for junior/mid-level staff; conducts performance review cycles and guides and monitors their personal and technical development throughout the year
- Shows stable delivery of projects at a high quality level
- Responsible for quality of all disciplines within projects within budget and schedule
- Creates leverage on projects towards other project team members so that they learn gain experience and knowledge and progress in their development

Director for Strategic Market Access responsibilities may include:

- Strategy: HEOR evidence generation plan, reimbursement strategy, market access road map
- Dossier: Global / core value dossier, reimbursement dossier
- Value messaging / value story development
- Strategic literature review: clinical, health economic, burden of illness
- Medical communication: Dashboard / interactive tool, publication, poster

Desired skills and experience:

- A relevant MSc degree or PhD, for example in health economics, econometrics, economics, epidemiology or any other related science
- 5 - 7 years or more relevant work experience within a health-economic consultancy
- Analytic and strategic thinker
- Team player, but also being able to conduct projects independently
- Bright, enthusiastic, resourceful, and responsible
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the following or related programs: Excel, VBA, R, WinBUGS, Word
