Your new role
Working as a HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the MI and reporting, that allows the organisation to drive its performance forward. You will coordinate the production of the performance information across the organisation and also work with key stakeholders to facilitate business planning. You will produce MI and reporting on both a planned and ad hoc basis.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced Interim HR Data Analyst who has experience in management information and interpreting complex data analysis. You should have excellent excel skills and a confident user of Oracle. This organisation will also consider applicants on a full or part time basis.
