About the role

Due to our increasing workload we are currently looking for a client-side Senior/Principal Project Manager at our Bury St Edmunds office. You will be responsible to undertake all duties necessary to lead multi-disciplinary project teams and ensure delivery of the project objectives. You will have the opportunity to work across a number of projects in the East of England (with a focus on public sector) and will be the number one point of contact for the client.

About you

We are interested in speaking to experienced Project Managers with consultancy background, who have the desire and capability to progress their careers further, and will be given the opportunity to drive the business forward.

Key skills and experience:

Degree level education with 10+ years relevant experienceRelevant professional qualification – MAPM, MCIOB or MRICSProven experience in leading multi-discipline teams across a range of public and private sector projectsComprehensive knowledge of construction technologyCompetency in managing construction contracts – JCT and NEC in particularInvolvement in bid writing / tenderingExperienced in leading presentations and client meetingsExcellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skillsYou will need to be flexible and able to manage a varied and demanding workload.

The position will require travel to client meetings and other UK sites, therefore a full UK driving licence will also be essential.
