Finance Manager / Bookkeeper

Signature Spaces are currently looking for a Finance Manager / in House Bookkeeper to join their busy team based in our fantastic Glasgow City Centre location. This is a diverse role and will provide new challenges on a daily basis. You will have relevant experience from a similar role within a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a successful, growing business.

Candidates should possess the following skills:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages, particularly Excel

- Confident communicator

- Experience working with Sage Online preferred

- Must be able to work under pressure

- Excellent attention to detail

- Highly motivated

- Outstanding organisational skills

Duties Include:

  • - Processing Purchase and Supplier Invoices
  • - Bank reconciliation
  • - Maintaining accounts to trial balance
  • - Processing weekly Payroll and calculating 4 weekly commissions for Account Managers in a professional and timely manner
  • - Maintaining all finance administration including keeping Excel spreadsheets up to date and accurate.
  • - Communicating with clients
  • - Managing and providing administration support to line managers and directors

This position if offered on a full-time, permanent basis for candidates with a strong background in Finance / Payroll / Bookkeeping.
