Vacancy descriptionResponsibilities and duties to include but not limited to:

Administer and effectively co-ordinate activities in relation to the Ergo technical services.Where applicable, help to support the on-site engineer function.Help support office activities by answering telephone calls predominately within the technical department taking the overflow of incoming technical calls.First line Support, Over the Phone and Face to Face.Desired skillsExcellent written and verbal communication.At ease using a wide variety of IT packages, including skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.Dexterous / hands-on approach to practical problem solving.Analytical thinker.Confident and professional telephone manner.Team player – the ability to communicate and work well within a team.Ability to organise workload/manage time effectively.Good understanding of computer hardware desirable.Personal qualitiesPragmatic.Organisational & planning skills, with good attention to detail.Communication skills – written & verbal.Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.Able to work with minimal supervision.Qualifications requiredGCSE's minimum 4 grades at A – C or equivalent.Future prospectsErgo is keen to work with Apprentices to develop their careers beyond the initial apprenticeship.
