My major finance software development client based in Kingston are looking for several exceptional 2nd line support analysts to work within a high-volume call centre. Candidates must have excellent customer services coupled with an in-depth knowledge of software application support.
Ideally you will be degree educated and come from a finance background although my client will consider applicants without finance background who have a very technical background.
You will be dealing with a high volume of calls on a daily basis where most technical issues should be solved without escalating further in respect to their bespoke software CRM. Training will be provided on the finance software program and therefore you will be required to absorb new technical information. Successful candidates should have a basic understand of SQL and any candidates who are familiar with Splunk would also be advantageous.

MUST HAVE SKILLS: -
- Recent experience in dealing with high volume calls
- In-depth Excel, Office, Windows etc.
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Background in IT Support
- Exceptional telephone and customer service skills
