The candidate is to have a keen interest in supporting and developing individuals, both within the teaching in the life-long learning sector and also within the primary education sector. Experience of working across a range of early years and primary settings that support children.

Some teaching experience is preferred, but full training will be provided. There is an expectation that the candidate will be willing or already working towards completion of a teaching qualification. The candidate must also be able to demonstrate excellent team working skills and demonstrate their ability to meet strict deadlines.


Duties included in this role are to support students on placements as part of their assessment and therefore evidence of supervision or mentorship is required. There will be a requirement to travel to support these students in their placements.
