Customer Analytics Consultant – (Marketing Automation, A/B testing, e-mailing automation, attribution modelling)

myBench are very excited to be supporting a client with their need for a Customer Analytics Consultants. Our client provide ecommerce and retail businesses with the tools they need to be able to extract valuable insights from their customers as well as executing targeted CRM campaigns.

With an established business in Central Europe, our client are keen to build a successful team in the UK. With a large number of projects already underway, joining the business at this time is a great way to become a really important part of its growth and development.

Customer Analytics Consultant Responsibilities:

·Prepare data inputs for business decisions

·Teach clients how to use the platform, through learning content and training sessions

·Produce regular project reviews to seek the best possible outcome for each client.

Working on specific client projects alongside a project manager you will:

·Make sure that the platform gets implemented

·Analyse data and prepare hypotheses for testing

·Implement modifications to the client’s application, website or e-shop, if need be

·Communicate regularly with the client through online channels and occasional visits.

·Execute and deliver campaigns

Other colleagues:

·Developers for more technically demanding integration

·Data Scientists (predictive behaviour analysis, recommendations and machine learning)

·Client team – you will spend a couple of days a week on client site

Skills and Experience needed:

·3+ years’ experience working in a Marketing cloud company, Software company, ecommerce company or in the retail sector

·Online analytics, BI, product management, marketing automation, data science, campaign optimisation, automation, customer lifetime, e-mailing automation, customer segmentation, attribution modelling, prediction, performance marketing, A/B testing, personalisation

·Ability to understand and actively use analytical concepts to identify which stage the business has reached, which KPIs are crucial for decision-making and which metrics the business are based on.
