An AMAZING new role for a creative and commercial CRM Manager to join lifestyle brand at a very exciting time.
Reporting in to the Ecommerce Director, the CRM Manager will be responsible for the development of the global CRM programme, including ownership of all email marketing campaigns and reporting and analysis.
- Manage email marketing strategy
- Manage full email process from briefing, asset creation, testing and deployment
- Reporting and analysis on campaign performance to gain insight and continuously improve the email channel
- Customer profiling and segmentation
- Developing data capture and retention opportunities
- Proven experience in a CRM position, ideally within a multichannel retail business
- US experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of data segmentation, targeting and analysis
- Excellent experience in developing and managing email campaigns
- Previous experience of mobile CRM campaigns beneficial
- Excellent analytical and numerate skills
- Brilliant communication skills – able to build strong working relationships with the wider team and external agency.
