A well respected Insurance Broker are looking for an experienced Sales and Performance Manager to drive the new business and sales teams to success.
Reporting directly to the Senior Management team you will have full responsibility of ensuring the business reaches its new business and renewal targets consistently.
You will do this by providing extensive coaching, training and development plans for both Team Managers and New Business Agents. You will be providing them with the skills and knowledge needed not only to achieve their own personal potential but to drive the overall success and profitability of the business on the whole.
You may be required to provide technical training support therefore it is essential that you can demonstrate proven sales management experience gained within an insurance setting.
You will implement key performance indicators to ensure that projected sales targets are accomplished.
You will have created and managed staff development plans and will be passionate about helping others to achieve their full potential through excellent leadership.
Customer experience is key in this competitive market so you will have customer at the heart of all you do and ensure they are treated fairly in a high quality, compliant manner.
Experience within an insurance setting is essential, ideally within personal lines.
