Permanent & Fulltime (37.5hrs per week)

This is an excellent chance for you to join us as a Knowledge Architect within our Service Improvement team here at Home Group. The Team have a critical part to play in ensuring that Home Group meets its strategic 5 year plan. Our team are responsible for ensuring that we deliver change into our Operation (consisting of Supported, Rented, Home Ownership, and Maintenance). We’ve recently restructured the team to make sure we’re best placed to help the organisation deliver on our strategic goals. Part of these changes have seen the creation of a number of new roles within our specialist sub teams in Service Design & Delivery, Knowledge Management, Benefits Realisation and Continuous Improvement. You will play a key role in the furthering of our Knowledge offering and Knowledge solutions helping to make a real difference for Colleagues and Customers. Further to that, you’ll apply your exceptional logical and innovative abilities to deliver real demonstrable benefit to our organisation and its Customers.

You’ll work alongside James who is our brilliant Head of Service Improvement. He loves nothing more than travelling the land to watch his sons play Rugby, extolling the virtues of behavioural economics, and he’s even been known to author and publish a few books! Above all, James is known for being passionate about putting our Customers first. You’ll also be working with Doug, Irene, and Michael, our experienced Knowledge Managers, as well as colleagues across the Service Improvement Team and wider organisation.

To be brilliant you’ll exude a real passion for user satisfaction and developing fantastic knowledge solutions that really enable Customers and Colleagues alike to achieve great outcomes. Furthermore, you’ll have real enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues to convey the art of the possible in a manner that colleagues can engage with whilst maintaining rigorous standards with respect to architecture, design, testing, release management and Knowledge maintenance. You’ll identify opportunities for improvement of our Knowledge offering and the user experience to help us achieve our organisations collective goals.

You’ll travel regionally and national on a regular basis, so if you drive and have access to your own vehicle that’s a bonus!
