Our client is looking for a new member to join their Auto Skills team in Reading, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with good knowledge of motor vehicles and a level 1 (or similar) qualification in motor mechanics and an ability to engage with young people.

Role: Mechanic Assistant Trainer
Salary: £11,900 - £14,000 (FTE £14,875 - £17,500)

Role Description:
You will support the senior instructor to delivery a higher quality of Motor Vehicle studies to 8-16 years old and adults. You must run the workshop to a high standard and ensure resources are available for each session and help to provide a safe, education and rewarding experience to the students.
