IT Support Engineer
2nd Line Technical Support analyst needed to join this well established and expanding IT services company, based in their Plymouth Head Office.
They need to find an experienced IT Support analyst with a solid technical support background and very strong communication skills - this role is client facing.
The responsibilities are broad and will providing support over the phone and face to face against demanding SLA's. As well as general 2nd Line IT support there will be the opportunity to get involved in project work.
Skills will include a good mix of:
* 2 Year minimum experience of supporting MS Server / Active Directory based systems
* Experience of supporting multiple companies
* A good knowledge of either VMware or Citrix
* Experience of supporting Virtual Desktops & cloud infrastructure
