IT Support Engineer - 1st/2nd Line £18-22K

My client an IT Services organisation is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their organisation on a permanent basis. After a large period of growth within the organisation they are seeking a new addition to their service delivery team.

- You will work as part of a strong technical team and be responsible for support and management of the customer solutions
- Be a key escalation point for any ticket requirements and adhere to SLA's
- You will be a key point of escalation, escalating tickets to the 2nd/3rd line teams

Technical Requirements

- Active directory (Configuration, troubleshooting etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- Basic understanding of networking
- An awareness of virtualisation
- Be able to communicate effectively
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle as onsite and offsite work is involved
