Registered Manager (domiciliary care) - Dudley
I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join my client and work from their domiciliary care head office located near to Dudley in the West Midlands.This branch has identified various areas for improvement and is now looking for a strong Manager to work with them and help take this branch to the next level.They are currently delivering in excess of 2500 care hours per week and with new tenders recently applied for; this is set to increase further. Alongside a very competitive basic salary, the appointed Manager will also be rewarded with the option to earn a substantial bonus depending on branch performance and development.*A Full UK Driving License with access to a car is essential The Position: - Reporting into the Director, you will be accountable for the daily operations of the service, with the support of a full office and field based team - Your core duties will include maintaining and working to improve CQC outcomes whilst ensuring that the highest level of care and support is continuously providedThe Person:- Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care as minimum- Management experience within domiciliary care, ideally within a branch of a similar size- Good working knowledge and understanding of CQC- Dynamic and able to hit the ground running- Strong leadership skillsInterested?
