A premium brand in the group exercise space is growing their digital performance to help them take their presence in clubs, gyms, health clubs and other leisure facilities to new heights. Not only this, but as the brand grow, they aim to deliver a value-added service to their partners, helping them to deliver better member engagement and retention and take their relationships with their customers beyond memberships.

About the role:

  • Driving online acquisition and lead nurturing throughout 6 owned markets, primarily in club and facilities category.
  • Working closely alongside the digital performance director to ensure these markets are receiving an optimum number of leads through online sources, and working with head office teams in London and Auckland.
  • Managing a range of suitable channels, including social, display, search and affiliate, you will ensure leads are ready for conversion and consult with the Marketing Director to provide an optimal customer journey, including offline activities.
  • Working closely alongside partner agencies and internal content specialists.
  • Getting to know your owned markets inside-out in order to match channel performance insight with knowledge of your target audience segments.
  • You'll be a key part of shaping the online automation journey and digital insights, supporting the global Business Analyst and working alongside sales/customer experience teams to optimise the entire customer journey.
  • Reporting on channel performance to the markets and communicating this to the wider business.
  • Ensuring all creative is optimised and relevant to brand guidelines.
  • Working closely with content, brand marketing and brand strategy teams to ensure consistency and optimisation.

About you:

  • An experienced digital marketer with fluent German.
  • 2-3 years experience in commercially-driven online marketing roles across display, search, affiliate, programmatic,
  • 2 years' experience in lead nurturing, preferably with knowledge of automation
  • Must have hands-on experience with CMS, Salesforce, Google Analytics, major advertising platforms and basic UX design
  • Experienced in managing agency partners to deliver marketing campaigns and KPI reporting.
  • Must be flexible and resilient to adjust to a fast-changing, global environment, in a newly built team, and will be comfortable working under pressure.
  • Ideally experienced in B2B marketing.
  • MUST HAVE more than just a passing interest in the fitness or exercise industry!!
