IT Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line Support

Location: Sutton, Surrey

Salary: £21-24K + Benefits inc. Discretionary Bonus

My client are a leading consumer finance company with a number of retail stores across the UK. They are currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line Support to help support the user base both in-house (Head Office) and in-store (UK Wide). The IT Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line Support will provide a polite and customer focused service across bespoke applications and general Windows based IT issues.

Typically the client looks for people with the following IT Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line Support technical skills:

  • Windows OS's & Supporting users within a Windows Server Environment
  • Active Directory including Group Policy
  • General Hardware Support - Printers / Telephony
  • Knowledge of Linux (CentOS) - Desirable not Essential
  • Knowledge of SQL - Desirable not Essential
  • Google Apps - Desirable not Essential
