The role of Franchisee Service Improvement Coordinator is to coordinate the service from our Supply Chain Centre to our Franchisees. Along with identifying and implementing improvements in service to stores which lead to reduction in the Cost of Food Sales. This role will be based in Milton Keynes, with the occasional travel to Stores, Warrington, Penrith and Naas.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • To proactively manage and co-ordinate the transition of the store network to the Supply Chain Centre.
  • To respond to Franchisee service requirements.
  • To escalate significant service issues within the Supply Chain Leadership Team.
  • To monitor in store stock levels and ensure that system sales are maximised through minimising out of stocks in store
  • To identify and deliver service improvement opportunities which positively impact food goods, waste levels, in store labour and driver productivity.
  • To understand the needs of Franchisee partners and develop positive relationships.
  • Ensure understanding of Sales & Operations Planning process.

Person Specification & Experience:

  • Understanding of the Domino's Supply Chain Network, which an appreciation of dough manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.
  • Can balance the Franchisee's need for exceptional service with a commercial appreciation of Domino's targets.
  • Ability to analyse data to determine the root cause of issues, and creating a structures improvement plan.
  • Basic understanding of Safety and Food Safety requirements.
  • Customer orientated.
  • High energy and self-motivated to identify and implement improvement strategy.
  • To be willing to deal with Franchisee queries outside of standard business hours.
