Installation Manager is required to work for a well-established home enhancement organisation.

The client prides themselves and are highly recognised for their professional and friendly service they provide and their high quality products produced for the customer. This company is based in Slough and are looking to hire an Installation Manager to join their team covering the southern division.

The most suitable Installation Manager will have working experience with installations of windows doors and conservatories. As an Installation Manager you will be required to manage the installation process and teams of installers to ensure that installations are completed to an excellent level of customer service. Installation Manager Position Overview

·Lead and manage the installation teams

·Facilitate toolbox talks with installation teams

·Recruit and train additional fitters

·Ensure customer issues are dealt with professionally

·Make sure all products are manufactured and ordered on time

·Control customer debts

Installation Manager Position Requirements

·Previous installation management experience

·Working knowledge within the windows doors and conservatory industry

·CSCS Card preferred

·Excellent administration and communication skills

·Full UK Driving License

·Salary £30,000 (DOE)
