The Company:

A leading training provider who are consistently growing and employ over 100 members of staff currently, with a turnover in excess of £5m+ per annum.

The Role:

You will take full ownership and accountability over the Apprenticehip admin, compliance and audit functions and be responsible for:

- Managing the complaing and processing systems for the Admin team

- Monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality and effectiveness of your own practice and also the others in your team

- Ensuring your team work together to achive the business expectations

- Taking pride in your customer care

The Candidate:

You are required to have a minimum of 3 years' industry experience & 3 years minimum experience of managing funded contracts, have previous management experience, and have extensive experience of PICS or similiar software packages.

Qualifications Desired (Not essential):

L3 in a relevant occupational area

Maths & English L2

L2 ICT

Salary & Benefits:

£25,000 per annum

31 days inc. BH's annual leave
