IT Support: 3nd Line Support
A well-established healthcare provider is looking for a strong 3nd line support professional to join its fast-paced team.
You must have superb technical skills as well as a passion for customer skills. The majority of this role will be providing support remotely, over the phone and face to face.
Some driving will be required to branch offices in Essex, Milton Keynes and Cambridge regions. As part of the team you will be involved in the day to day running of the helpdesk.
Tasks will involve:Creating and resolving 3rd line support ticketsDeal with common network connectivity issuesSupport for Android and iOS devices whilst using MDM softwarePrinter/Copier PaperCut print management Firmware for HP/Cisco devicesComputer moves including patching and re-patching of data and phone socketsMaintain high level of customer satisfactionPerforming maintenance tasks for servers and workstations remotelyWindows updates for clients and ServersSoftware deploymentGroup Polices
Requirements:5+ years working in ITMicrosoft Windows 7/10+ certificationClean driving license is essentialExcellent written and communication skills
