My client is an internationally renowned Pharmaceutical Consultancy. Their clients are some of the top names in industry and that brings in a variety of therapy areas and indications to cover within Safety. They are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Manager to join them at their site in London.

The Pharmacovigilance Manager is expected to lead high-performing teams of varied team size on challenging assignments involving the processing of information related to Pharmacovigilance.


A part of the Project management team and oversees successful initiation, execution and completion of Pharmacovigilance project for Kinapse' Global clients.

Responsible for process implementation and ensure process compliance

Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan

Responsible for the training and mentoring of team members depending upon the project requirement.

Responsible for recruiting the right talent for the right job to ensure suitable headcount for project at all times.

Responsible for the performance management of the team on an ongoing basis. This may include regular interaction with team members, identify the areas of improvement and implement a subsequent training or mentoring plan to ensure all the team members meet or exceed targets with highest level of employee satisfaction.

Experience required

A minimum of a scientific graduate degree and post graduate from a well-known institution which may include as :

B-Pharm and M-Pharm from any recognized university,

Ph. D or Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences,

MBBS or BDS or BHMS or BAMS from any recognized university.

Candidate must have minimum 7-8 years of relevant Pharmacovigilance experience either in a pharmaceutical company or with a CRO.
