Transfer Pricing Executive
The Scottish Transfer Pricing team of this Big 4 firm of Chartered Accountants are going through a phase of rapid expansion and are looking to recruit at both Executive and Manager grading. With the option to be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, you will have the opportunity to be part of a UK and Global network of 150 Transfer Pricing experts delivering expert advice to global corporates' including many well known household brands. You will gain valuable exposure to transfer pricing in varying cultures and legislative jurisdictions, including growing in knowledge and experience of the legislative, economic and commercial levers behind why and how businesses trade with one-another. Working closely with the Senior Management team, you will have responsibility for managing transfer pricing project work and on-going client relationships, winning and developing work across all aspects of transfer pricing and value chain transformation. The responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Proactively managing a portfolio of clients Establishing effective working relationships directly with clients Analysing data; providing insights and producing reports Being proactively involved in the financial management of clients Contributing to the development of personal and team knowledge Building your own network of contacts through regular attendance at internal and external meetings Keeping up-to-date with local and national business and economic issues that might potentially impact on clients and / or their industry You will be a self-motivated ambitious individual with an Hons or Masters degree in Economics, International Business or Law. You will have experience of working in a professional environment in an analytical role; whether it be Transfer Pricing, Tax, Audit, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis or similar. You will ideally be professionally qualified as an Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor or Solicitor. Experience of working abroad or working with stakeholders across borders is preferred. Good communication skills are imperative as is strong organisational and team working skills. Salary up to £40,000 + Benefits.
