SEN (PMLD) Teacher requested - Wandsworth - Permanent January 18 This well established and resourced School caters for children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and are looking for both a Key stage 1 SEN Teacher and Key stage 2 SEN Teacher for January 18 Primary SEN School in Wandsworth Requested for January 2018. For students with Physical difficulties ( PD ) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties ( PMLD ). Jan 18' starts Permanent KS1 - Classes of 5/6 children Need 4 years SEN teaching experience and has lead a curriculum area Will be extra SEN points in Salary The school is well linked within the local community and offers services including a local resource centre, home care team and various assessment services throughout the year groups. Their staff team compromises of a number of experienced PMLD Teachers and support staff on hand who know the pupils and are fully trained to meet their needs as well as an 'Outstanding' SLT team (Ofsted 2013). The school is a genuine and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to develop in their own way whilst fitting with a tailored education plan. The pupils at the school have complex needs including multi-sensory impairments, physical needs, complex learning difficulties, challenging behaviour and medical needs.
