The Java Development Role:

  • Our client is currently looking for a Java Developer to work in an experienced project team of software architects and developers to be responsible for the design, development and testing of quality code to meet customer driven specifications.
  • Successful graduates will deliver the code to deadlines and clearly communicate what is to be done and the milestones achieved to those within the project.
  • Java Developers solve problems and create robust solutions using the tools and materials at their disposal as well as pro-actively researching new technologies.

Is it right for you?

  • You should have a 2:1 degree in Science, Engineering or Computer/Technology related
  • You must have a good working knowledge of the following:
  • Java language [good knowledge of Java is vital]
  • Data structures
  • Web technologies
  • Object oriented software design patterns
  • Applicants should have some understanding of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
  • You will be dealing with well renowned clients and strong spoken and written communication is vital
  • Happy to undertake occasional UK and overseas travel
