We are actively looking for Support Workers to provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Saxon Lodge is an energetic and vibrant service supporting 9 young adults with complex needs. The service aims to improve the lives of the young people we support through a person centred approach, treating each individual with dignity and respect. We help people to see out new opportunities to engage and integrate within the community, to feel valued and empowered within their home and to feel safe and confident enough to develop. The work can be challenging but the rewards of supporting people to achieve their goals make every day meaningful. NEW - Sector leading sleep in rate, earn up to £75. No experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.
