We have a fantastic opportunity within a growing luxury multi-brand boutique in their beautiful Wimbledon store

They are looking for an Assistant Manager with excellent customer service skills to join their beautiful boutique in Wimbledon. The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager making sure that the store standards and operations are complied with in a timely and thorough manner.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Opening and closing the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Responsibility of assisting customers with all enquiries and purchasing needs
  • Engaging with the local clientele in order to repeat business
  • Staff training on the product and store operations
  • Managing card and cash payment
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Managing stock takes and adhering to stock loss prevention procedures
  • Staff rotas
  • General admin duties


Person Requirements:

  • A previous Assistant Manager within a retail background
  • Knowledge and understanding of luxury customer service
  • A proven track record of driving sales targets
  • Engaging with customers, able to build long-term relationships
  • A natural team leader with the ability to successfully motivate a team
  • High organisational and strong communications skills
  • Organised and structured approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well presented and brand ambassador
