This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading property Sales & Lettings Companies, a winner of the prestigious ESTAS Gold Award and multiple winner of the Lettings Franchise of the Year award.
They are looking for a Property Branch Manager to manage a small team, coach team members, implement processes and drive listings in property sales and lettings in Cheadle.
Working 45 hours per week and reporting to the Area Manager, the Branch Manager role carries exceptional career opportunities including bonuses and further advancement as more satellite offices are added to the region.
Day to day duties for the Branch Manager include:• Monitoring and achieving the branch weekly, monthly, and annual property targets • Working to establish and set branch targets • Actively seek to increase both branch property stock, management portfolio and branch sales pipeline• Maintain existing client relationships and actively seek out business opportunities • Oversee the day to day management of the branch office, including administration, staffing, and client interface• Oversee and manage the branch lettings and sales team • Oversee the branch property management team• Provide cover for both the branch property management and sales/lettings teams when required• Act as escalation point for the business complaints procedure, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently • Arranging and conducting valuations • Ensure marketing collateral for the branch is kept relevant and up to date• Work closely with the accounts team, ensuring accurate financial information is provided at all times and systems are kept up to date• Contribute to strategic projects and company initiatives • General adherence to policies and procedures • Other ad-hoc duties as required
The successful Branch Manager will have: • Recent Estate Agency branch management experience• An in depth understanding of property management, sales and lettings process• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes• The ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends where required• A strong work ethic• Knowledge of CFP Winman database would be desirable but not essential
