We are looking for a Digital UX Designer who is passionate about creating user experiences and journeys that customers love.

Our client is investing across product, technology and marketing to accelerate the pace of innovation and drive growth. This is an opportunity to help make a steep change in the look and feel and usability of the digital products, which have supported the successful growth to date but are not at the level the client aspires to for the future.

You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment; working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that develop and optimise the core product range across web and app. As well as optimising, they are launching innovative products that will transform the customers’ relationship by automating processes. Success will depend on good, intuitive UX – taking the friction and complexity out of every step of the process.

This is a great time to join an already successful and profitable business that still has the DNA of a startup.

About the client...

·Create annotated wireframes (low fidelity to high fidelity and everything in between).

·Create pixel perfect visuals for product interfaces or demos when needed.

·Help develop templates. Contribute to site frameworks and our style guide.

You'll have…

·Knowledge of best practice user-centred design methods, interaction design and UI design

·Understand the role and use of different reseach methodologies.

·A willingness to be vocal about your ideas. Defend design decisions in the face of potential trade-offs with solid rationales based on UX principles, user research, and product knowledge

·A very keen eye for detail

·Experience with creating eye catching visual designs

·Designing for responsive sites.

·Experience in e-commerce.

·Experience with branding.

·Strong illustration experience to help expand the brand and create bespoke branded assets.

Your success will be measured by…

·Conversion rates for key journeys

·Customer feedback and Trustpilot reviews

·Qualitive usability feedback from regular tests via Usertesting or similar, plus larger direct studies for major product changes

·Project-specific targets for new products or features

Your growth
