Cordic Ltd is a leading supplier of software and system solutions for the transport industry in the UK and Europe. Our success is built on market-leading products, technical leadership and first-class customer support.

We are currently looking to expand our support team at our headquarters in Swavesey, Cambridge and are recruiting for a 1st Line support role in our Technical Support Team.

This role would provide you with an opportunity to join a vibrant team providing industry leading support to an expanding customer base. Helping Cordic customers to solve their software and hardware related issues you will need to be able to:

·Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills

·Show a structured approach to problem solving

·Keep your attention on the detail under pressure

·Be able to follow agreed process and understand its importance in achieving repeatable results

·Have a willingness and aptitude to continually build your knowledge across a variety of our software, hardware and cloud solutions

Cordic will provide you with full technical training in their products. Whilst not essential, previous experience in any of the following would be advantageous to your application:

·Training or supporting customers
·Windows OS and Server, and their installation, configuration, or maintenance
·Android OS and configuration of smartphones
·SQL databases and SQL scripts
·Software development, testing , or deployment
·PBX configuration and integration
·Taxi dispatch experience
·French or German language capability
